Aray.co offers free Standard shipping on all domestic orders. All orders are processed and shipped within 24 to 72 hours of being received Monday to Friday.
Standard shipping transit times may span between 2 to 10 business days from the processing date.
Please note we cannot guarantee USPS delivery times. We do everything possible to ensure reasonable order processing, but delivery times are out of our hands.
Priority Shipping Options
You may upgrade your shipping to priority status. Priority status orders are processed and shipped within 24 to 72 hours of being received Monday through Friday.
Priority shipping transit times are 1 to 7 business days from processing date.
Please note we do everything possible to make sure you can get your order in the advertised time frame, but we cannot guarantee that USPS will deliver your package in their advertised time frame. Additionally, the price you pay for shipping is the same price we pay as well. We do not make any money off any shipping costs.
Order Confirmation & Shipping Tracking Numbers
After your order is placed, you will receive an email with an order confirmation receipt. Once your order is shipped, you will receive an additional email with a tracking number for your packaged order. You may also sign in to your account dashboard and find your order confirmation and tracking information, as well as other useful information pertaining to your account.
Please note that if you did not get a confirmation receipt email after placing your order, we ask that you check any junk email folder or promotion sections of your email. If you still do not see an Aray order confirmation receipt email, please contact us, and we will resend it to you.
